Having started our journey in Istanbul, Turkey in 2015, we moved our passion for better coffee to Arts District, Los Angeles in 2021.

We are proud to have been awarded The Best Coffee Shop In Best of Downtown Los Angeles 2022.

Our Story

The story of Boxx Coffee Roasters started in Istanbul, Turkey in 2015. The pursuit of perfection brought the founders of Boxx, Mert and Altuğ, together and led them to go deeper into the world of coffee.

Having their own respected coffee shops previously, Mert Soley and Altuğ Baser founded Boxx Coffee Roasters Co. and opened their first coffee shop in Istanbul. Arda Barlas joined a few years later to launch the first US cafe in Los Angeles in 2021.

Boxx Coffee Roasters Co. is currently serving both in Istanbul and LA.
